Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate)

Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) is a very effective anti-estrogen which is classified officially as a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM). Clomid first gained popularity worldwide as a strong fertility aid in the early 1970’s and it is still used for that purpose today. It is also one of the most commonly used SERM’s by anabolic steroid users. Although Clomid’s anti-estrogen properties are mostly associated with anabolic steroid use, they could be used therapeutically. Administration

For the purpose of fertility aid
50mg per day - a daily 50mg, once every day, for five consecutive days
Dose is sometimes increased to 100mg per day if conception does not occur.

This cycle will be repeated 5-6 times and alternative treatments will need to be examined if conception does not occur.

For the anabolic steroid user
50mg per day for on-cycle estrogenic protection through put the cycle

PCT Clomid use
100-150mg per day for 1-2 weeks

Dose will be dropped to
50-100mg per day for 1-2 weeks

Finished with
1-2 weeks at 50mg per day.

Total Clomid therapy should last
4-6 weeks.
